Fuel system

Nova
• GTE/GSI/SRI or 1.2I/1.4I tank with 3bar internal fuel pump
  Corsa
• GSi/Sport/SRI fuel pump

  Exhaust

  Nova
• for off shelf performance GTE/GSI/SRI system or custom made need to be 2"1/4 or bigger
  Corsa
• off shelf performance GSI system (jetex 2"1/2) with cat by pass unless your engine came out a pre-cat car (would need to prove year of engine at mot) or custom made with sport cat.

  Brakes

  Nova
• minimum 2L 256mm front.
  Corsa
• Gsi/sport minimum V6 288mm front.

  Suspension

• Minimum adjustable dampers and up rated springs we recommend coilovers fully adjustable

Work done to a Nova

• Start off striping unwanted parts and removing engine/gearbox ect.

• Cleaning engine bay for welding

• Modified O/S inner wing for alternator (nova)

• Weld up bay

• Seal up welding

• Paint engine bay

• Fit cambelt and water pump (puy for just parts)
• Fit engine/gearbox using up rated mounts supplied by us

fit exhaust manifold and codified to exhaust

fit water pipes and check for leeks

wire in engine loom

Fit 2L drive shafts supplied by us

Fit any brakes and suspension if needed

Get running

Service engine

take out for test drive
